Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Noura Atelier order. Returns and exchanges are subject to our store return conditions.

Before returning an item

Please contact us first on WhatsApp at +971 54 193 9691 or by email at nouraabayaas@gmail.com. Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Return condition

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached and in their original condition and packaging. Items that show signs of wear, perfume, makeup, alteration or damage may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned item has been inspected. Original delivery charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the item was faulty.
